How to Buy

Thank you for choosing our gallery to elevate your space. We are deeply grateful for your interest in our artists’ work. We approach our responsibility to you, the artist, and the artwork with the utmost care. To ensure a seamless acquisition experience, we have outlined our process below.

1. Selection

You select your artwork from our current exhibition, our archives, or through a bespoke sourcing request tailored to your specific needs.

2. Private Viewings

Upon request, we can arrange a private visit to the artist’s studio for pieces from our current exhibitions. For artworks acquired through our bespoke sourcing service, we will coordinate a viewing in a dedicated private space tailored to your convenience.

3. Invoice & Compliance

Once you confirm your selection, we will issue an invoice for payment via bank transfer. Important Regulation Notice: In compliance with current UK financial regulations, purchases of £10,000 or above require personal documentation (a valid passport and proof of address). Terms: Please ensure you review our full Returns & Refunds Policy prior to payment, as finalizing your invoice constitutes full agreement to both policies.

4. Shipping, Packing & Insurance Quote

Please provide your preferred delivery address so we can calculate logistics costs and arrange the required specialist transit insurance policy. London Deliveries: For deliveries within London, specialized crated packing is not required, as our dedicated fine art courier protects the artwork seamlessly inside the transit vehicle. Deliveries Outside London: For all other regional and international areas, specialized fine art protective packing is strictly required. The specific method of packing will be determined in accordance with the criteria of the underwriting insurance company. The cost of this packaging will be covered by the buyer. Billing: Delivery, packaging (if applicable), and outbound transit insurance costs will be detailed on your initial invoice.

5. Secure Logistics

Once all funds for the artwork, delivery, packing (if applicable), and outbound insurance coverage are cleared, we will coordinate shipment. We partner exclusively with premium transport companies specializing in the dedicated handling and logistics of fine art.

6. Returns & Insurance Continuity

You have 14 days from the day after delivery to notify us if you wish to return the artwork. Once you email us, a second 14-day window begins immediately for our courier to collect the piece. These two windows do not stack; your collection timeline starts the moment you notify us, as detailed in our separate Returns & Refunds Policy. To maintain strict insurance compliance and ensure validity in the event of any claim, the return must be handled by the exact same specialized art courier company that delivered the piece to you. This specialized courier will collect the artwork and return it directly to the artist. The costs for both the return transport and the return transit insurance policy will be invoiced to you.

7. Documentation

To ensure the transaction is fully finalized, and all standard return periods have cleared, the Certificate of Authenticity—hand-signed by the artist—will be dispatched to you 30 days after delivery.

We wish you many years of joy with your new acquisition and hope it brings inspiration to your home or commercial space. If you have any questions regarding the acquisition process or wish to learn more about our portfolio of artists, please feel free to contact us at any time.
